HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Photography/tours can usually be filmed within 24-48 hours.
- Photos will be uploaded and available to you by the next business day.
- Link for Virtual tours are emailed within 2 business days of taping. (Tour is compliant with MLS regulations, and must be verified)
- Photographer has lockbox access. So there is no need to be there, Actually it is preferred that homeowner is not present to avoid having owner in photos.
- Payment is due at/or before home taping for photos/tour. (Packages can also be purchased at discount for ease). Payments can also be received online for an additional $5.00 per Package.
- Additional charges can be applied for: areas outside of Albuquerque, homes over 3000 square feet, night/twilight photos, Rush photo shoots, and last-minute cancellations.
- All work is guaranteed. If you have any special requests please specify before photo shoot. If any of the photos are found unsatisfactory within 48 hours, photographer will return to retake requested shots at no additional cost!
