ABOUT STYLE TOURS

 ABOUT StyleTours' PHOTOGRAPHY

      • Style Tours photography is shot in High Definition.
      • High definition simply means that the shots are taken to get the best exposure to be able to see very detailed and vivid photographs. This will achieve results that far surpass the industry standard point and click photos. (See example below )

      • High definition photos have a high depth of vision: This means that you will be able to see views from the windows (with surprising detail) as well as the things close up. In this example, look at the views of the mountains through the windows (If you were the owner of this home wouldn't you want your photos to capture this view?)..

ABOUT VIRTUAL TOUR

      1. StyleTours' virtual tour is unique to any other because it is interactive! - The consumer can actually decide where they would like to explore in the house and move through the house at their own pace as if they were physically there,  to get a better idea of the floor plan.
      2. It is like a virtual open house - 24 hours a day/7 days a week! -
      3. This virtual tour can be put onto CD's for you to have available at your listings (additional charge*)
      4. Each major room is taped. - Kitchen, Living Areas, Bedrooms, some Bathrooms, Yards etc. Therefore the buyer will be able to see all of the important areas and move through the house to get a better idea of the floor plan.

STAGING TIPS FOR PHOTOSHOOT

These are all merely suggestions, and are in no way REQUIRED prior to the shoot. They are items that will ENHANCE the photos further. *Remember these are high definition photographs, and considerably more detail is visible in them.

    1. Although most appointments are scheduled during the day, all lights will be turned on to add warmth to photos. Please make sure that there are bulbs in every light and that any lamps/lights are plugged in.
    2. All window treatments should be open, and blinds pulled open to allow maximum light for exposures. Photos will capture views through windows, however - so please make any blind adjustments accordingly.
    3. Have windows cleaned if possible to allow most unobstructed views outside.
    4. Remove any clutter from table tops/ shelves/ and floors so that the photos can better showcase the home and not the current homeowner's things. Some items to hide(if possible): trashcans, unsightly wires, cosmetics and toiletries from vanity tops, food/appliances/ utencils from kitchen counter-tops, Clothing hampers/laundry piles and used towels.
    5. Have beds made in bedrooms and towels hung decoratively in bathrooms.
    6. Try to arrange matching decorative items in each room, to add a splash of color / contrast to the photos.
    7. Wipe down walls - especially in high traffic areas to remove any shadow marks / or imperfections that might be visible in high definition photographs.
    8. Photographs will also be taken of front and back yards (if applicable).
    9. Have grass freshly mowed, trees and bushes trimmed, dead vegetation pulled/cut back, weeds pulled, and concrete walkways/driveways swept/sprayed off.
    10. If there are any patio covers or umbrellas, have them out. It helps to designate space in yards.
    11. If there are any fountains or decorative lighting, have them on. They will show up in photos (even during the day).
    12. If there is a pool or hot tub, have the cover off. It looks more inviting to see water than a cover.
